GP, ask your DH why he asked you to pick a color if the color you would pick isn't available? So does this mean you get gray? Doesn't sound like much fun but I'll bet you can dd your sparkling personality to anything! No, I'm not sucking up. :)

Does it have alot of quilting? could you possibly take some of the quilting out so your machine isn't going over so many stitched areas?

Leetec, LOL! DH is the opposite of me, he's frugal and goes with price. I think he thought I'd say gray and that's why he asked me...he didn't think I'd choose the red! Silly man, red is my favorite color! DUH!!! LOL!

It's stitched in the ditch and I couldn't get more than 3 or 4 stitches before it did one of those gastly "stop for safety reasons" ... like you have a choice LOL

That might work, MAWmam. Or maybe do a large stipple over the entire surface instead of trying to go over the first quilting. Eitehr way might give the quilt kind of a cool effect.

Hello! I just started reading the posts in reverse order. You should try it sometime for an interesting peerspective. I thought GP was talking about hair color, not a vehicle! LOL
