Shopping For the Troops !

Pam and Bev.........looks like the two of you had such fun together. Wish we could've all joined you. Your DH looks like he's such a good sport. But, where's his crown? He definitely deserves one.

We called him "the king" a few times! He was off loading boxes of stuff onto the cart and checking expiration dates, etc... and Bev and I wanted our pics in front of the jewelry counter and there was no DH to take the pic.....so I grabbed the first available guy and asked him to take the pic. Actually, after our shopping spree, we went to the Civil War Confederate Naval museum and that more than made up for his having to put up with Bev's and my shenanigans. That's where Bev met the sailor. If you'll notice what she did with the nutcracker, then that's exactly what she did with the sailor! I tell you, I laughed so hard that day that my face hurt....she kept me in stitches!

You were right about these pictures. They really did make me laugh. I have to agree that the people that didn't know what you were up to were a stitch. Look at the ones as you first enter Sam's. What a riot! If you have more of the stunned in the background pictures of people, you should post them so we can see more of them totally stunned by your appearance. Looks like a great day and DH looks like a good sport or you have him on some really good meds..LOL What is more appropriate to wear to Sam's Club that a chartruese stripping QIAD shirt, hot pink and white boas, and a Tiara??? Also, Where do you buy your Tiara's. Do you buy them in bulk also? ROFLMAO (I only wish I could laugh it off) You crazy girls look like you had a great time doing a good deed. Hats (or should I say tiara's) off to both of you.

Cyber-Sue, you forgot to mention our earrings that match the tiaras! Those really and truly did set off the entire ensemble!!! LOL! Oh lord yes, DH took about 60 pics and trust me....if you think the pics of the stunned people in the background are funny, you should have seen it in person! There were some who really got into the fun with us and then there were those that gawked open-mouthed in disbelief! A few looked scared! ROFLMAO!!!! Now do ya'll see why we had to do this shopping trip in another town????? Bev flew in and we drove down there...by design! LOL!

P.S. DH was just relieved we did NOT get arrested...I think he brought bail money just in case!

If you gals had this much fun shopping together, just think of what you'll be like in Paducah with all of us cheering you on! One thing is certain, we all want to meet Bill! What a treasure he is!

Oh, how well the boas and tiaras matched the shirts!!!!

And, and, and, that guy in the back ground - oh my, Peachy, you did say that it was a conservative town - the guy was shopping at SAM'S in a SUIT and TIE!!!! No wonder he had that look on his face!!!! LOLROFIS!!!!
