Its absolutely awsome! And giant! (for free motion quilting on a home machine)Isn´t it stunning how very simple blocks when ingeniously combined in colour and shape produce a very impressive whole? The log cabins, scrap strips etc. etc. And do not tell me it your quilt is double sided ... I wish I knew this technique ... Yes, and I LOVE your quilted flowers!

That is just gorgeous - I love the contrast and an almost lacy look because of the fabric you used.

Is that a new way to place the blocks???!!! Doesn't matter - I love the design the dark purple make! It's almost Celtic, or a lover's knot....awesome job!

Very nice layout and I love the purple and the pink. Very striking! Free motion quilting is the best isn't it. And you absolutely right because practice is the only way to learn and get better. I have never done a log cabin even though I hear that it is what most quilters learn on. I did a log cabin Christmas skirt at a workshop and that was cute, but the lights and darks on a regular quilt seems confusing to me. You did a wonderful job!
