Sometimes I make a flying geese using HSTs if I don't want to fuss to much with the extra piecing.

I have been making flying geese almost since I started quilting - Eleanors method and rulers (which I just switched to) have me so spoiled rotten - they are wonderful

Thanks Evie and mic-pa. I am making a 12" x 12" sq. I made a perfect one using eleanors flying geese ruler and the picture fits right in the middle perfect. Thanks alot. This forum is too good to be true, I just love it.

After further searching she does have a CD-Rom that you can buy, but it does not include the pattern, you have to buy that seperately
