You did this in ONE afternoon??!! My goodness you ARE good! Something like this would take me weeks. It is very pretty...your Mum will love it. Are you going to put borders on or leave it as is?

Beautiful, Maryq. The blue and yellow fabric one on the right side next to the yellow - it needs to be turned upside down. You have color-to-color there. Never hurts to have an extra eye.

Very nice..you did a great job. I'm sure your Mom will love it even if some blocks are a little "wockie".

Cindyg

Yeh I noticed that after I posted the picture! Fortunately I haven't sewn all those blocks together yet!

I used El's method of the Nine Patch Party pattern and they go together pretty fast. Now, If I DID'T have to work tomorrow I could get the last blocks finished. Am going to lay them out on my guest room twin bed and see how they will fit! Am trying to decide if I should bribe Quiltsbeme to quilt it for me or if I should attempt it myself! Still have to go find some thing for backing. Oh darn, a trip to Grubers!

Don't you just love the way El's method makes it so fast and easy? It has gotten to the point that I don't want to do things any other way.

Maryq, it is a lovely quilt top.
