Well, my weekend is shot again and no sewing done. Anybody other than Littlebit got their December block finished? I am up early to go to work today. Am considering just having you all (those who are still with us) finish up the last of your blocks and get your quilts done. If all are in agreement that is what I would like to do at this point. There are only two more blocks. So, unless anyone objects, the race is on. Whoever finishes theirs up first (top done, quilted, bound, and ready to use) gets a prize from me. I plan on finishing mine the last week of the month. DH and DGS will be on vacation! Just me home so can go to work early, (my assistant has agreed to work the later shift) come home and sew, sew, sew! Good luck girls.

Funny you should say this - I went ahead and did finish the last 2 blocks yesterday - crappy weather day

Absolutely beautiful. I am not sure anyone other than you and me are still here. I do have a nice gift (I promise it is) for whoever is done first. So if any of you are lurking, this is the time to speak up and post a finished quilt.

I am just loving these blocks! Especially all the great photos showing how many colours these blocks can be made of. They look different and yet they all look so great.

Didn't think about taking a picture. When I get it back from the quilter, I'll try to get that done. Everyone's blocks are really pretty. This was a great book, instructions were easy to follow -- so what else is new??! All El's books are great. grin..
