Finished my January block at quilt group yesterday. It was an easy one and went together just like magic. Very enjoyable.

I've just finished and delivered a quilt to my FIL, to keep him warm during his chemo treatments. I'll get caught up on the Pioneer stuff ASAP. Everyone's blocks look super!

Very nice littlebit. We are having a chill out day at home tomorrow so will actually get some sewing done. DH is going to Cal-Bears game to do the scouts refreshment stand. Grandson and I will stay home.

Has anyone cut out all 12 blocks? Cutting and deciding on fabric placement seems the largest challenge and it's so easy to grab a plastic bag of pieces already cut out.

I'm waiting to buy sashing fabric until all the blocks are done/

Hello, I'm new to the site and was reading your e-mails. Have the sampler book and was starting to pick fabrics to do it. Can anyone get in on this? How far behind am I? Just retired and taking care of my elderly Mother but still find more time to do some sewing and quilting. Loved all the comments.
