Finished Fabric Postcards

Post by SewSew » Wed Sep 12, 2007 2:34 am

I finally finished my fabric postcards. The grandmothers flower garden is made out of cheater cloth.

These are really nice. I especially like the one for Easter. You should be proud.

OK, I'm really out of the loop here. Do you actually mail these postcards?

Cindyg, the ones without embellishments are supposedly okay to mail. I have never mailed any and these are the first ones I have ever done. I, personally, would probably put them in an envelope to mail just to be sure that nothing happened to them. The ones with embellishments would probably not make it through the sorting machinery without tearing up if they were not in an envelope.

I had been wondering about mailing them too. I have some cute embroidery designs that can be used on the postcard but didn't really know anything about how to go about making or sending them. You really have a neat assortment. Do they take very long?
