OHHHH How fun!!!! So happy that she is enjoying it! Another quilter has been born. Have her join us here. I too love hearing about younger people having an interest in quilting. We have to keep quilting going on after we are gone.

SHE GOT THE BINDING CUT OUT AND SEWN ON THE QUILT LAST NIGHT. THEN I SHOWED HER HOW TO HAND SEW IT. SHE DIDN'T LIKE THAT PART, LOL SHE TOOK IT HOME WITH HER, WE'LL SEE HOW MUCH OF THAT SHE GETS FINISHED, LOL THE GOOD THING IS THAT SHE IS STILL EXCITED, DD IS EXCITED ALSO AND WANTING TO GET HERS QUILTED. SHE HAS TO GET HER BATTING AND BACKING, FRIDAY.

The colors are really well balanced evenly across the quilt, she did a great job. Definitely a first quilt to be proud of.
