Caroline, I understand. I'll put your signing up on hold. Would really love to have you in this, though!

CindyB, I know that I love to do swaps, but I think I can only make 20-25 blocks not 40-50.LOL

In case you are wondering what I'm talking about, you have my name on the list twice.

Here's another website for quilt blocks. There's some more state blocks in it.

Considering and considering! Evie, I looked at Contrary Wife as well; I know DH would laugh and agree...then maybe duck! LOL!

Front runner at this time is Left and Right from Quilters' Cache...paper pieced but simple. Been wanting to learn paper piecing and this would be a good way to do it. Actually toying with the idea of designing my own block, but how would I check to see if it hasn't already been done?

Off to the graph paper!!

CaroleJ, have you noticed that a lot of blocks have several names? So, if you do design a block and give it a name and it already exists, then it will just have your name added as another name for that block. :^)

SewSew - you're only on once now.... silly me!! I got so excited!!!

I noticed that the Vermont block on quilterscorner sure does look like an Ohio Star!!!

I think I'm going to do a maple leaf....but what would be the challenge there?? Only thing I haven't done before is the stem...
