It looks like you had a wonderful fair. Such a variety of entries and they all did well.

WOW....that's a lot of entries. I love the little placemats....although I'm sure that is not what they are called. Where did you get the pattern? Congrats on all your ribbons.

WOW - Busyhands - you have been busy. My favorites here are those placemats. They remind me of the Christmas ornaments that someone one here did. It looks like the same technique of folding fabric somehow. Congrats on the ribbons!

Re: My fair entries
cindyg you are right I just noticed it tonite myself. My hotpads started from one that made me one 12 years ago while I was working, I made a few every year. Using circles and folding into prairie points,if you want to call them that. cut 6 circles 8 to 8 1/2 " fold four of them in half and center the half and fold and press.I just pin onto one circle. Then 8- 6" circles ,fold press ,8-4" circles,fold/press. overlap on each roll I machine stitch close to edge, then tack centers down to keep from flapping, use thin cotton batting,or anything thin/for batting .Lay top with layers face down, batting and the 6th large circle face up then put a binding around it . DONE
