Law I wish there was a sale! Such pretty new sale fabrics -- would hit $150 easy...

I agree with LynnS, after all, a quilters food is her fabric. Get that attorney to "chat" with DEX, he better cough it up.
Checked out the fabric and I am glad that I did. DD#2 has been wanting a quilt in brown and blue and I found some really nice fabrics for that project. Thanks for heads up Maryq.

I have a sneaky feeling that the only conversations I'll be having with EX is through attorneys! What really gets me, is the amount of fabric I could buy with the atty fees I am going to have to pay!

Wouldn't it be great if you could pay your atty with charm squares??

Re: Did You Notice
Great news. S-EX (which now stands for STUPID Ex husband) has finally decided that he will continue to pay as he promised. It's a long story I won't go into, unless y'all want the gorey details LOL, but I called his bluff and he folded! YIPEEE.
SO, it means I won't be poor and starving at least, but I will still have to keep an eye on the CC bills for a while. I'm having such a hard time resisting those fabrics. Anything with flowers just curls my toes and it's so hard to not give into the temptation. And its not like I NEED the stuff or even have a project in mind for ANY of it.. it's just so darn pretty! I keep checking the sale fabric and when it starts to look like there isn't much left, I may just have to put the Cred. Card in over-drive and go for it! I really really like to keep debt down, but gosh darn.....I'm HOOKED!

Re: Did You Notice
You could make the fabric be a reward to yourself. Like: if you finish a project that had 6 yards going into it, buy 6 yards when you're done (and your stash will grow off of both projects!). Or, choose 2 chores around the house that you always put off, and when you're done with them you can get 2 FQ's. What a fun way to justify a trip to the lqs! (and you'll get so much done, too!)
