Your quilt is awesome. What embroidery program did you use?

Someday I hope to do something this beautiful.

What a great way to use the state flowers. I bought the whole series in fat quarters and have been waiting to find a good way to use them.

So....is the embroidery design specifically for your brand of machine, or can it be used with other machines? Would love to know if I could use it on my Designer I. My machine is already outdated as it uses floppy disks. The new ones use CD's.

I hate to admit it, but when the state flower fabric came out, I bought 10 yards of the South Dakota fabric. Have used it in several quilts.

Thanks for the nice comments. I actually purchased the fabric in two sets of 5 inch squares off ebay. There were multiples of fabrics that represent more than one state. The embroidery designs are Amazing Designs. I have a 4 x 4 baby lock embroidery machine. Just the low end one that only does embroidery. I would someday like to upgrade to the 5 x 7.

I love the quilt. What software did you use. I have toyed with the idea of the flower quilt.
