4th of July

Post by lv2create » Tue Jul 03, 2007 3:49 am

What are your plans for the holiday. I'm out of here after work to head for the cottage will be back online on Monday. I wish everyone a safe and happy holiday. I thank our troops for all they are doing to keep us free so that we may have this holiday to celebrate with family and friends. For those of you who have a military person in service or past service bless you for your comitment to them. My prayers are with you today and always.

Enjoy yourself! We will miss you.

We are just staying home. DH only gets Wednesday off. Plus this is our Anniversary month so we do something at the end of the month for that.

Happy 4th everyone! Be careful of fireworks!

Happy Birthday USA!

We're heading for any cooler place but here in the Phoenix area. Suppose to be 116 or more tomorrow!!!! This heat is dangerous for humans and animals. I feel sorry for the homeless in the area.

Hope everyone has a safe and sane holiday. Drive safe out there.

Going to be a hot and muggy day in Minnesota! I'm off-paid holiday yippe- so have a wide variety of chores to do. Definately sneaking in some sewing.

Just can't decide what chore to do first. Still putting finishing touches on new sewing room, work on the cookbook, trim some shrubs in my yard, finish laundry, tackle ironing pile, sneak in a nap, get stuff ready to go to cabin tomorrow, work on Christmas Blocks... oh dear where do I start!

Have a safe holiday everybody.

I'm celebrating the 4th by heading to the fabric store with a super coupon in my hand. I don't NEED a thing, but who can resist a coupon and a fabric 'fix'.

Happy 4th of July everyone!

We went to my DSIL's for a BBQ & to celebrate her birthday, which is tomorrow. Now, I'm at home sewing (when I get done on here). My nephew said he's in charge of supper, so that means I've got the night off. Yippee!!!!

We went up Twin Lakes and spent the afternoon with friends, went for a pontoon boat ride, and had hamburgers and potato salad for supper, came home, because I need to work tomorrow.

I spent my day off cleaning my house, washing clothes and bed sheets. I feel so good knowing it is done for the weekend now and I can sew and relax. I also went to Joanns. I had a couple of coupons and it is horrible to not use them so I did.
