Hi......My Name is Earl

Post by His4everchild » Tue Jun 26, 2007 5:47 am

Well, here he is ladies. The goat of my dreams!! He is such a sweetheart. The only problem is that he thinks that he is still 25 pounds even though he is full grown. We are wanting to get him a female..or two. He eats the folige around the 40 acres to keep the fire hazard down. I hate to confess that I really dont know his breed is.So do any of you without guessing? I would appreciate your help.
Hope he was worth the wait!!

He's adorable! I'm sure he'll have a good time with the ladygoats!
When we lived in Fullerton, CA, Sunny Hills High School had a rent a goat program where you could check out a goat or two for the day and let them graze on your weeds. As we has a sloping yard, they were perfect. I like to think they did enjoy the ride in the back seat of a Mercedes!

It was well worth the wait to see him. Is he always so clean or did you freshen him up?

Cute goat! Has he ever butted anyone? My mother had one when she was little, until the goat butted her mother!

Hey-I didn't have a truck-and I would never put an animal in a car with cloth upolstery as the smell would never leave. I'll have you know our Benz lasted until 350,000 miles and all the road constuction in AZ did her in. It hauled goats, chickens, a small horse, and geese...oh yes, the human kids too!

He is adorable, for a goat anyway. Give him a hug for me.

Good looking goat. I will ask my girlfriend who raises the Nubiens(sp) if she know the breed.

She and I used to raise Angora goats. They are the cutest babies you have ever seen. They have locks of hair and they sound just like a human baby when they "cry." I really miss them. But it was so hard to sell the mohair around here. Had to ship it to Texas.

Earl is quite a guy.
