The digital camera is home again!

I made this quilt for DD. It's on her bed, which would explain the bumps! Teenagers are not knowen for making their beds.

I used black and white blocks from a guild exchange for quilted curtains for DD's room. I used blue flannel for the backing so not only does this keep her room warm in winter and gives her lots of privacy but it also makes her room glow blue when the sun is shining.

This is one of the first quilt I made on my own. Some of my blues don't match and I had to put purple in when I ran out of blue but overall it's not toooooo bad for a beginner with no stash. It hangs in my foyer.

I made this quilt from Princess Diana fabric. I had bought a yard but needed more and a quilter from Texas, I think, sent me another yard. The dye lots weren't exactly the same so I put them in seperate borders so it's not as noticable. I did this one just after I started quilting and did the machine quilting myself with no walking foot and a horriable machine to boot. Now I would never try to do that.

Those are great. I fought with my camera all last evening and I couldn't get the pictures to download. Technology is great when it works, but I have a worm's brain when I have to figure it out.

Oh, I really like your DD's quilt! How can she show it so much disrespect???? Oh, yeah, I know - she's a teenager. I will slap myself, I am closer.
