These people are true artists. I love their work and wish I could do it, but know it will never happen. So am happy to be where I am and admire their talent. There are some longarmers in the Rapid City area that are unbelievable. It just boggles my mind what they can do with their machines. Same goes for the piecing...like the wolf. I really believe you have to have some artistic talent to pull something like that off, and I applaude them.
I can't even get one side of my feather to look the same as the other side. LOL. But I will say it's a lot better than when I first started.

That top quilt was at show and tell today at Merrily We Quilt Along. First Saturday of every month she has a sampler club and people bring in their quilts for show and tell. Quiltin Bill brought this one in. I think he said he got the Teacher's Award. Yep, a guy did that quilt. He's a professional long arm quilter and he consistently wins awards. He does very beautiful, professional work.
