englishrose, we just had Jennie Rayment speak at our guild last week. She's from your part of the world also. If I get to Houston, I will definitely look her up.

I love to watch Jennie Rayment - I just sit in a trance and watch her the way she fiddles and twiddles. Awesome.
Of course I'm going to Houston Quilt show - less than 6 months away now but who's counting. Will check out Daisy Chain Designs.

cindyg, she was a funny speaker. It was more like a comedy act than a quilting speaker. It's interesting the differences between here and England.
