A newbie "hi"
Hello all I am a newbie to quilt in a day as I just purchased "egg money guilts" I haven't stared the quilt as I am still looking for fabric and collecting my tools. Has anyone done either quit? any tips before I get started? I am also a new quilter I've been quilting not two years yet. I have to say my favorite part of the whole quilting experence in the longarm machine. I just need a very large bag of money to fall on my head to get my dream machine. I just wanted to say hi to everyone I'm enjoying reading the other posts.

Hi lv2create - welcome to our world!!! LOL!!!
there is a Egg Money BOM that is just starting up - you might be interested in that.
Also, we are just starting an "anything goes" fat quarter swap - that might be fun, too. Never know what you are going to get!
I can understand about the bag of money - I'm still waiting too!

Hi, welcome! Come on over the Egg Money Quilts Block of the Month post and join in. We're planning on starting June 1st and are using this time to get what we need to start. The more the merrier! I purchased the book a while back, but just got in the mail the other day the instructional DVD.

Lv2create - Welcome to this fun, frivolous and informative forum. I need a GREAT BIG bag of $$$ to fall on my head so I can get a LA. I would also need a new house because I don't have the room for a LA now. Doesn't hurt a girl to dream, does it? I thought I posted this but I don't know where it went. Sorry if this is a repeat. DUH!
