Regarding the Spam Issue

Post by QIAD-Andy » Fri Jun 08, 2007 5:33 pm

I deleted the message already and the user account. Luckily they only posted once. Monday morning I will begin a new process of registration to help verify users are not Spammers. I will also be adding a link everyone can click to flag a post if it is believed to be spam. Thanks to those who messaged me with the info!

Good Job, Andy! I was sure shocked! We just never think these things are going to happen to us!

Thanks for taking care of us and for preventing it from happening in the future!

Hey, I found it all pretty amusing actually. I mean, think of it like the old streakers, one got by, & joined us. But we're all so on our toes here, they only got away with one post, even that one was gotten rid of quickly! We should all be proud of ourselves, & enjoy a good laugh about it now! And thank you, QIAD Andy, for once again being our knight in shining armor, & coming to our rescue! Right ladies!!!

I missed it, too, cindy. I went in my sewing room to cut some fat quarters for a Turning 20 Again and when I came back here, it was all over. And I am on this forum all day long!
