Good morning,
I'm late getting here this morning. We did our coffee and the sew-in, then our 30 min cardio workout that Bill has conned me into doing with him e v e r y s i n g l e m o r n i n g, then our 1.25 mile walk, showers, laundry. Clothes are still in the dryer but I have 1/2 hr now. I shook rugs and swept (again) and after that I also got our under-bed storage rearranged and condensed. As we use things up, more space becomes available. After Christmas, there will be LOTS of space under there! And now, here I am!
I finished up my mug rugs yesterday and got a picture posted. I think my next sewing project will be putting together the blocks for my "Over The River and Through The Woods" project. I cut them all out at home so it's just a matter of sewing the pieces together. It will be a short project.
TINA - I hope you get to see that new chiro soon! You've got a stocking to finish!
LORI - You are right - I guess we'll know where we'll be when we get there. lol! A lot depends of the outcome of Bill's medical appt on Jan 4. We expect no problems, but ya never know. And Bill is still trying to decide if we are going further south to Mission/Donna area for another week or two in mid Jan to see friends. This is where he got Covid last winter by going to a dance that the friends insisted would be safe. I'm not anxious to repeat that experience but will go along with him if he wants. But no group activities this time!! Did you get some embroidery done yet? They will be nice gifts and fun for you to make.
CAROL - Wow! Close call with those blocks! So glad you found them in time to add them in. Also happy your haircut is purrfect! I don't know many people who say that after a cut! And also good that you were able to get in for your manicure. You are all spiffed up now and ready for the holidays!
JANA - Lucky Kate!! Bill is jealous of that holster, especially! lol! I bet she was excited!
We have leftover grilled chicken so I think we'll have chicken and veggie alfredo tonite. We can cook it on our outdoor stove if weather permits. We'll see if breezes die down. They tend to blow out the flame on our gas burners.
What's cookin' at your house?

Good Morning,
Maryz - Wishing Bill good results! Congratulations on finishing the mug rugs. They are really cute.
Jana - I can hear the giggles from here! Hope Karlie and all the girls will remember this party forever.
I fixed my booboo this morning. I would like to finish quilting the borders on the Merry Little Christmas Quilt today however it probably will be tomorrow. I have other things that need to be done. One of which is to go to meat market.
Chicken will be on the menu tonight.

Good afternoon!
The giggles have left the building! LOL! They are all off to the movies with Aunt Sandee. They are going to see Elf. The theater is having a re-show and Sandee has all the tickets. It's quiet after the tornado blew through, just now the clean up stage. Next week is Polar Express.
Usually the last thing put up is the big tree, not this year. It's first due to some major track realignment. The new Grandfather clock encroached on the old track right away, so Daniel and Scrooge are relaying track and I know Daniel, it will have a much longer run through the house. I have lots of track pieces! Wonder what kitty will think of this train in her space?
Dinner - lots to choose from - corned beef Swiss sandwich, leftover pizza, or a bowl of cereal.
Utah last night pulled off a huge win in football. They will be going to the Rose Bowl, again this year. Utah totally destroyed the #4 ranked team in the nation. We were ranked 11th. BYU will have a Bowl game too.
Mary - I so need to shovel out this house today! After Christmas there will be lots more space too - hiding wrapped gifts takes up space!
Carol - glad those blocks were found. Later you may have needed a pillow for them!
Tina - fun at you house too! Sarah and all her family love playing games. Settlers of Cataan is a favorite at their house. It takes a long time to play! Me, Sorry is my speed!
Many prayers for our Irish and Becca, and Chickie. We love them and miss them!
Hugs,
Jana
