Thank you😊
Mine has 2 flat wire trays and the drip tray at the bottom. It also has a basket that rotates but it's a pain to get clean so I just use the flat trays now, they're easy to clean.

Well, I wasn't going to post more, but I can resist. I found a recipe for mini chicken pot pies. To be made in a muffin tin. Oh, my, they sound so good. I will post it here after I try it. I promise to take a picture, too.

Here's the info on my attempt at MINI CHICKEN POT PIES

Image

Mini chicken pot pies:
I can of cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup of chicken broth
1 package of crescent rolls
1/2 to 3/4 c of finely chopped cooked chicken
( Great way to use left over rotisserie chicken)
1/2 _ 3/4 frozen mixed vegetables thawed
( I microwaved mine 3 min. To precook them)
1 slice of Velveeta cheese.

Press dough into muffin cups. (Reserve some for criss cross on top)
Spoon cooked mixture into muffins. ( Don't overfill)

Bake at 400° for 18 min.

I used air fryer on bake setting, but used the fan. This makes it cook like convection oven.
I tested it after 14 minutes and they were done.

Since I only made 4 pies, I had a lot of chicken mixture left. Since I used biscuits instead of crescents, we welcomed an extra scoop of mixture spooned over the top of each mini pie as we served it.
My husband liked it, so I will make this again soon.

These are sooooo yummy!

Air Fryer Zucchini Chips

Ingredients:
2 med zucchini sliced into ¼" rounds
1 egg
½ cup panko bread crumbs
½ cup almond flour or all purpose like I used
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt or sea salt
Black pepper
EVOL or whatever cooking oil for drizzling

Instructions:
Preheat air fryer to 370° (I just hit air fry on mine when I put them in and mine air fries at 400°)
In a small bowl whisk egg. (I had to add a tiny bit of water to my egg because I have fresh eggs and I used 2 eggs)
In a med bowl combine the panko bread crumbs, flour, parmesan, salt and pepper to your preference.
Dip the zucchini slices into the egg and then into panko mixture. Place on plate as you work, drizzle or spritz with EVOL or oil, place that side down onto your air fryer screen tray in a single layer then drizzle or spritz on the top side showing. Air fry for 11 to 14 minutes or until crisp and golden.
Serve and enjoy. I serve with ranch dressing.
