Thought that this would be a good time to bring this back to the top for all of us.
I have much to be grateful for - having the bounty on my table during these trying times. And the ability to help another.

Yesterday My husband spent a whole day doing things I like to do. we went to flea markets, an estate sale. He does this with me about once a month and I love it. He's not really a shopper and doesn't really like to go to too many places, I always feel blessed when he spends his day with me.
Two days ago we had our weekly dinner with my parents, my son was there. He is so busy I don't get to see him as often as I would like. The most important men in my life were at one dinner table. My dad, my husband and my son. I love each one of them so much.
It's been so good to be me this weekend.

Yes, I just had to post here today. I just had my first follow-up visit with cardiologist after my pacemaker implant 3 weeks ago.
I was so close to a disaster and didn't know I even had a problem.
Getting this pacemaker saved my life and is giving me a second chance.
Praise God for each day. You just never know what lies ahead.
Love life, love quilting, love your family, and I love my friends here.

I just saw this thread....never seen it before....I am so very blessed to have my family near me and always willing to help out...they do fun things but can get serious when needed,,,Ilove them very much and try to tell them that each time we talk...I am also grateful for all of you who give me encouragement and kindness and laughter with my coffee each morning,,,xxxxxxoooooo
