Supper club. June 27

I wrote a post. Now Battery dying. So check sew-in for our latest “doings” if you wish. Grilled burgers for supper!
Good afternoon!
The financial appointment is done - everything is set up - a few details of paperwork. Not too bad - as our guy and Michael went over the details - I sat at the other end of the Batt Cave at my sewing table and worked on Skinnies and swap blocks. I could ask questions and still be doing something fun!
Got the last Patriotic Skinnie fused and ready to stitch - in a few minutes. That makes 4 patriotic and 2 summer ones. You can get hooked on making these! LOL! Not like I have gotten hooked! ROFLOL! To finish my swap blocks, Sarah needs to run the black paint down from her house - for some unknown reason - all my paints have migrated up there!
No longer can I use the phrase - turn off the paved road - in directions to my house. The road is partially paved as of yesterday - Whoo hoo! No more dodging large potholes that swallow up your car. There is a small section of that road that is still gravel, but will soon be paved, as soon as the city gets their act together with the neighbors that are being brats! I am trying to be kind. NOT ! It then makes it so Ethan can ride from his house to here as much as he wants. Mostly it will depend on what Grandma has to eat as compared to his house.
Which brings us to dinner - the bbq didn't happen last night, so that will be dinner today. I might add a macaroni salad.
It is quite warm here - above 90 I think and a breeze off the west desert, which makes us quite warm.
Mary - you always get the best buys at the thrift stores - I think you have a magic fairy that goes ahead and stocks the shelves for you!
