SUPPER CLUB - Monday, March 4

Good morning!
29* here but will warm to upper 40's later. We are taking advantage of the sunshine and getting out for a couple hours each day to do some serious work in the yard. Lots of overgrowth here and so much is broken down from the big snow that we are finally getting around to cutting it all back. Scottie is in heaven as he loves 'herding' the tractor, running circles around it and barking his fool head off. He's such a goofus!
Besides working on the property yesterday, I also finished quilting ISBS. She's ready for binding! Of course, I don't have enough of the fabric I want to use, so I'm going to have to figure out something else. I also made a doggie blankie to match the doggie go-bag I made for our friends with the new puppy - who is ADORABLE, by the way. Today I really need to attack the laundry. And I want to do lotto blocks, check out tea party ideas, and do more yard work. Busy day.
And speaking of Tea Party - I posted a new swap yesterday - Tea Party! Please check it out. You may be tempted! If not, you may have good ideas to share and I always welcome good ideas!
JANA - of course everyone loved the cake!! I can't wait to see a photo. Funny - you can post from your computer but not your phone. I, on the other hand, can only post from my phone and not my computer! Sounds like you are hogging all the snow for yourself and not sharing with Chickie who is straight east of you. Shame!
TINA - glad I was able to dangle that carrot! lol! And I caught you! Thanks for sharing all your great ideas with me. I still need to go 'block shopping'. I'm happy Jaz is doing so much better. Is she going back to school today? And super news on the taxes!
BECCA - sorry your weather turned to rain and chill. It kind of soaks into your bones. I'd rather colder but drier. Like they say about a dry heat not feeling as hot, so a dry cold isn't so bone-chilling.
Last night we ended up with beef stew at our friends. Bill said he liked the bread they served. haha! poor bill!
I think tonite we are due for a homemade pepperoni pizza. I better check for flour. I think I was running low. Yikes. Who runs out of flour!? Might have to run to the store.
Got supper?
