Good morning!

Yesterday at the library cookie decorating party was fun. Some of the kids were very meticulous with their gingerbread Man and spent a long time getting them just right, then packaged them prettily in the bags the library provided. Others, mostly little boys, slopped on everything they could find as fast as They could and gobbled the cookie down, and then swiped another one off another table. LOL! As the cookie party wound down, Autumn’spstaff cleaned up, broke down the tables, and then make popcorn and showed the move The Movie, “Elf”. They do a lot of fun things at her library. She is a fun and imaginative person. She is always out with the little kids if she Can Be.

Becca, glad the installation is all done. Now you can sit back and watch it snow!

Tina, sorry the washer didn’t get fixed. How was dinner last night? Was it just you and your dad or did Frankie go?

Irish, I see nothing wrong with the day in a recliner with a cat on your lap!

Jana, was happy to hear you found your wall hanging! Even happier still to find that I’m not the only one that puts things in strange places and then can’t find them!

I haven’t given dinner outside. I was thinking pork chops in the crockpot but forgot to take them out of the freezer last night. So maybe some kind of soup in the crockpot. At least the rain has stopped here and we’re going to maybe 50°!

What’s on your menu for tonight? I need more ideas !

Good morning!

Mary - sometimes I think I am more organized than I really am!

I am at church - we are always early, so I have a moment. Tonight will be the last performance for Sarah, with this group. She always has more. On the 23rd, Sarah has a solo in her Ward's Christmas program. Her Ward meets 3arlier than my Ward, so we will be able to go and then attend ours. She is either singing, O Holy Night, or I wonder as I wander. I can't remember.

Dinner - with the concert, probably a egg salad sandwich with maybe a bowl of soup. We will see how ambitous I get! LOL! Ethan will be with us and we will take him tonight as well.

Time to scoot, I may have to conduct the music, hopefully not,

Enjoy,
Jana

Good afternoon from a very cold, dreary, SW. Pa...No snow but then no sun either.......

Mary, your day at the Library sounds like so much fun..We have a super Library crew here in our area and have lots and lots of things going on for the kids as well as the adults....Our next door neighbor home schools her 2 youngest and I think they practically live at the Library but what better place to hang out, right? If we had 50 degrees here, we'd think it was spring.....

Becca, I sure hope you and DH are OK and the snow isn't too bad...I haven't had a response back from Nick but then, you know how boys are......What's a little snow! Just please stay safe.......

Not much happening in this quiet neighborhood, everyone is inside hiding....I had a message from Kathy and she's busy baking cookies and said, she'll have a nice box of goodies in the mail for me...Thank goodness because I'm not baking, lol....But then I'm not going to be home either....I really haven't done too much shopping, just little things, mostly for Lena but I do have to get those packed up and on their way....
I stayed home last night, didn't go to my nephew's or my sister's...My recliner was more appealing than having to put on a heavy coat...Of course there would have been lots of good food but I didn't need to be tempted...In digging out the suitcase and sorting through clothes, I did find lots of things that had been put away because they had "shrunk"... Well, I have a new wardrobe...It's not that I've lost a lot of weight but I've also lost structure, if that makes sense....

I'm thinking soup might be the way to go today, either that or poached egg and toast.....

You all have a good day......

Happy eating..............

Eagle Update: We have another, maybe 2 weeks before the 1st hatch is due in Florida...Oh boy, then it really gets exciting......

Hi everyone :)
Yesterday was pretty good. Bad thing was the part didn't fix the washer so we had to go buy a new one. It was the fastest sale anyone has ever made LOL it took me all of maybe 10 minutes to say sold. We brought it home, Frankie hooked it up this morning and I've been washing, it works great! He's gonna have to make me a pedestal for it but that's ok.
Last night for supper it was Dad, Frankie and me, it was yummy.
I woke up with my throat hurting pretty bad so I've been up since 5, it got quite a bit better but now it's hurting a lot again.
We're having leftover chile soup for supper.
Tina

Irish, you still have Hallmark stores?! You're so lucky, I miss having any around here.
