supper club - Friday, Dec 7

Good morning,
Today is Pearl Harbor Day. I'm old enough to remember that this is a big, important date in history - but not old enough to remember it myself!! It's also Tina's Happy Birthday Eve Day!
we had a drizzly day yesterday and it's supposed to get much wetter today. We went shopping in the morning and then stopped at a chiropractor my friend recommended. Best $25 I've spent in a long time. I had the best night's sleep I've had in weeks. Still a little sore, but pain in my leg is 90% gone now! We put up our little tree in the trailer and then I watched White Christmas and worked on my state bird embroidery blocks while Bill went with friend, David, on a lengthy errand to pick up a generator that was supposed to be being repaired for last 6 weeks, but wasn't. Supper was homemade pizza and we settled in front of the TV for the evening. Big Bang Theory and Great American Holiday Baking Show. Isn't my life exciting! lol!
TINA, I, too, did a double take with your watering. From the national weather forecast, it looks like you might be getting that rain!
CHICKIE - you have 18 whole days until Christmas. You can do it!! Do you bind by machine or hand? Machine is a huge time saver . . .
BECCA - is the gen work all done yet? A hassle while it's going in, but so nice once it's done to have that security.
JANA - I've watched the MTC concerts on PBS before. Never knew they were last year's performances. At home we also have 'call before you dig' commercials on TV - I think the number is 511 or 811. Something like that. Just for the reasons you've experienced.
IRISH - you are getting closer to your DD - Departure Date. I sure hope snow doesn't get in your way! How long will you be gone to FL? Enjoy your luncheon today.
Tonite's supper is going to be mini meatloaves and baked potato, saute'd spinach, and a salad. Tomorrow, I think we'll do pork chops in the crock pot. Just thinking ahead to what we have in the freezer.
