Supper Club Monday Aug 6th

We are cheating, tonight. We are having shepherd's pie from a box. In addition, we will have fresh green beans and cucmber salad. I have the cucumbers sweating it out in the fridge, right now. I have a nice chunk of thin sliced sweet onion and some greek yogurt in the ready.

My puppies had a treat, tonight - "mac n cheese" mixed in with their kibble. They loved it.

Whatever Mary and the rest of you are up to, I hope it's fun.

Hi Pam, I'm sliding in to my chair very late. We just had roast with everything, it was yummy!
Our temps have been crazy hot, I've just been trying to keep out of the heat.
