daily devotion June 9

Post by billizzy » Fri Jun 09, 2017 12:41 am

Image
Psalm 62
How does one take abuse and remain silent, patiently waiting on God to deal with the matter? By remembering that He is our hope. It is almost as if the psalmist could not express this sufficiently as he describes God as our rock, our salvation, our stronghold, our strength and our refuge.

We don't have to fight the battle. Let His glory rest on us and be seen in us--react with Christlike grace, and He will vindicate us. When we find ourselves under attack unjustly, we are not to respond to our adversaries but are to pour out our heart to the Lord. We are to "trust in Him at all times" .

Hugs prayers and God bless

Amen, Izzy...Without Him and His Love and Guidance I would be lost for sure.
I am leaning on Him like never before during these times with papa...I am so thankful I can trust Him.

During all the trials in this world, we know the out come between good and evil - Christ wins! Trusting in Him is such a blesssing for us in our lives. We see through the glass darkly, as Paul states, but to God, everything is before Him and He sees the beginning from the end, very clearly.

What great blessings await us, for walking by faith and trusting in all that He does.
