Supper club easter Sunday

Post by purrfect-lady » Sun Apr 16, 2017 4:00 am

Good morning and happy Easter!

We are camped along the Columbia river, Oregon side. So beautiful here and the weather is perfect. We managed to do a little wine tasting at Maryhill winery. Found a bargain that was worth buying 🍷🍷

Today we will cross the river and go north about 100 miles to Yakima. Next four days will be relaxing. We had quite a confrontation with Vicki' as we were leaving.yesterday. Our patience has run out. So when we get home, things may start happening. We will see what she has done to our House/yard. Our grandson was keeping an eye on it for us, checking every day.

Tina I am so sorry that you bought all the food and then most of your guest canceled. And especially that you had to call them. That has happened to us before too. I felt like I was taken advantage of. With you not feeling well, you will have a much better day just your own family. Enjoy!

Becca, I am going to write your recipe down and make it as soon as I get home. Thank you!

I think our Easter dinner this evening will be grilled hamburgers and maybe a potato salad. Wishing you all a wonderful day!

Good morning :) Happy Easter!

My stone either hasn't passed or I have another one, yay me. ...:( but that's ok I'm doing ok. Yep Mom, Dad and my younger brother cancelled when I got a hold of them yesterday afternoon to make sure all was still ok with them coming. I'm not inviting anyone else for holiday meals except my kids and their families. I did talk to my SIL this morning and her kids aren't going to be seeing them and they had no plans so I told her what happened and asked them if they wanted to come over, she said they might so maybe I won't have a bunch of food go bad. What I could I froze and the canned stuff will just last us a long time, since we don't use many potatoes I'm going to store tthem in the fridge and I'll make a put of potatoes soup for Easton, he'd eat soup for breakfast lunch and supper and any snacks LOL
I hope you all have a very happy Easter however you celebrate today :)
Tina
