SUPPER CLUB - Fri, Jan 20th

Good Morning!
We have good news and bad news this morning. the good news, Bill was able to track down our electrical problem and fix it - better than new! Wiring crimped to hard during construction sparked, melted the plastic covering and the GFCI cut the power, like it was supposed to.
The bad news is that more damage was found on our truck and it's going to take another week to repair. So we are renting a car today. Two full weeks is too long to depend on others for transportation. We have places to go and things to do - with my DD! Another concern - eventually black water tanks (from the toilet) need to be emptied. To do that, the trailer has to be taken to the dump station in the park. This is a new trailer so we're not sure how long we can go without doing that. Things could get very interesting here. Good thing we have a lot of woods behind us! ;o)
TINA - sounds like The Move will have to be thoughtfully orchestrated. I don't think it's going to be good to be you during all of this. But I wish you well! Is the semi trailer their storage shed or ??
CHICKIE - well look at you! Stylin' your way into the 21st century with your fancy DVD player! Smart of you to call on the younger generation. and you got a family party out of the deal as well!
IRISH - you had quite a list of errands yesterday! What is your new Cross-stitch project like? Getting a passport can be so confusing! I'm wishing you luck!! Last night around the campfire, friends, Don & Linda, were telling us about an eagle cam they watch and lo and behold it was Harriet and M-16! Of course, I had to tell them about the little Eaglet's honorary god-mother, my friend, Irish!
BECCA - your trails sound so nice! We explored the Blue Ridge Parkway back in "Ought-two" and loved it. Are you close to that?
JANA - if anyone ever cleaned up my kitchen like that I'd be ordering pizza, too! You have a super DDIL!
I had to just now consult with Billious about supper. He says he wants burgers on the grill. We were going to do that a few days ago but that's when the heavens opened up and dropped 2" of rain on us. We couldn't even get to our picnic table outside without waders. Today - 77* and sunny. Purrfect grilling weather!
If you don't have grilling weather yet, I hope knowing it's on the way will boost your spirits! February is just around the corner. At home we will have crocus blooming soon, if not now, and my violets and forsythia will follow soon after.
