Merry Christmas, y'all!!

I'm thinking most of us are busy with family, friends, and food this morning. I know we shortly will be heading to Autumn's this morning, an hour's drive, for gifts, brunch, and a few games of cribbage. After a leisurely day there, we will probably come home just before dark and have leftover chix cacciatore, or "crockitore" as my son-in-law termed it. But he did say I could share the term with you all as long as I gave him credit!

Wishing you all a peaceful, joyful, and blessed Christmas!

BECCA, I'm so sorry for your loss of your beloved brother. From the things you have shared with us, I know he must have been a special person. Sending you a big (((hug))), my friend!

Good morning!

Becca - our prayers are with you and your family. May you feel the comfort that the Lord gives, especially at this time. What a glorious place your brother is now in. He is surrounded by family and love. Big Hugs!

Mary - enjoy your yummy breakfast! Merry Christmas you you and Bill.

We haven't opened presents yet. Kate, Aarons and Gracie are at church and will be back in a hour. Short meetings today. We go at noon. Gracie found her tricycle and was sitting on it looking at everything.

Good Gracie story. I made meatloaf for dinner the other night and Gracie was getting hungry and could hardly wait. With no prompting, she went and started setting the table with all my silverware that she could reach in that drawer. We had lots of Spoons! Then after we saw what she was doing, her mom helped with everything else. Gracie then crawled up into her Booster seat at the table, folded her arms and said the prayer. Looked up and wondered where her dinner was, as nothing was there yet, so she re-folded her arms and did the prayer sgain. We made sure she had Something! She is such a Sweetie!

Merry Christmas!
