A simple message today but a powerful one at that. Give Thanks to the Lord. Have you said Thank You lately for all that HE has done in your life? Have you said Thank You for all He has not done; yes I typed that right--You know there are things that God doesn't do so that we learn from our walk here on earth. There are also things that He does not allow to happen to protect and guide us daily. Have you thanked Him for those also?

Take a moment and Thank your Almighty Father;pray also for those in need. Place a few more on your list of "What am I thankful for".

Have a blessed day:)

Hugs, Prayers and God bless
Izzy

For all the blessings he gives us, He only asks that we remember Him and give thanks. What He does for us, is so much more than we could ever do for Him.

Dear Izzy. I'm new to this site and just came across your message. God is Good and I thank Him daily for what he has done for me. In August of 2015, I had surgery to remove a brain tumor from my forehead. Apparently, it was a slow grower type (Meningioma) and had been there for many years (possibly 25). The only reason we found out about it was due to the fact I was having some minor seizures and had to have an MRI. Low and behold, there it was. Long story short, it was benign. Meningomas usually are, but there was a chance it might not be. I'm also back to my old self. Unbeknownst to me, it had been affecting me and my personality. It explained why life had become "blah" (for lack of a better word - thought it was due to retirement) and why interest in quilting, knitting, family, etc. had waned. Now, I love life, laugh a lot and enjoy my family immensely. Thank You Lord for giving me my life back!!!
