Now this says it all:)

I just love sitting on the porch in morning with a cup of java and looking out at God's creation. Comforting, consoling, beautiful and peaceful. This is how HE wants us to feel always. Don't let satan in your heart or life to make you feel any other way. If you didn't read yesterday's devotion you really should head there and read Shirley Maes response to it. She inspired me today:) Life gives us so much to worry about but GOD takes it all away. She is a trooper right now and I know GOD gives her the strength and knowledge to go through all she is dealing with:)

May God guard you daily; read HIS word to put a buffer between you and satan always!!

God bless
Izzy

Your mind is a beautiful garden, with your thoughts beautiful flowers. When you let in unpure thoughts and deeds, these are the weeds that start to choke out those beautiful flowers. Those weeds are hard to get rid of, if you let them take root. So what shall you plant today?

Thanks Izzy

Izzy, Thank you for your daily devotions. I so need them these days. You are always an inspiration to me. God has certainly been in our lives recently and always, miracles abound.

Rod is still in hosp. Think he will be sent to REhab fri for a week. Can't walk very well and I am too small to help him at home if he falls or something. The leg is no longer numb and sciatic nerve pain is gone.

But now he is having terrible cramps on the back side of his leg and thigh and they don't know why. The dr even had him get an
ultra sound or something to check for blood clots last night. They hope it is just from being in surgery and all the time in bed, causing his muscles to cramp up.

They hope to send him to rehab fri. Same place I was last yr. The food there is great so that will make him happy and for $4 I can eat lunch with him. The therapists there are really good too.

Thank you, all of you,for always having words of inspiration for the rest of us. A mini bible study. We need that on a daily basis when life gets so busy and hectic and discouraging some days. God bless you all today and always. Hugs and love, Shirley Mae
