Yesterday, as we were prepping for church my DH gets a call that one of the deacons of our church we planted and a dear friend passed. He has been in hospital sincelate march. He was doing sooo good and was in his final stage of rehab to come home when his heart just stopped and they were unable to revive him. He is another deacon that did not get to set foot in the new building that was completed just last month. He did a lot of the work to build it but never got to see the finished product. But we rejoice because he is in HEAVEN at the grandest of grand sanctuaries and hearing the one true preacher over all:)

May you be reassured that death is not the end but the true beginning:) But make note you must know HIM--Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Are you ready? Do you know HIM? I pray for each and every one of you that GOD is working in you daily. I am but his servant and I do these devotions as a service unto HIM. May you be blessed daily.

God Bless
Izzy

When it was time for the LORD to call my mom home , I knew she was going to be safe and finally at peace, out of the pain she had. I hope one day to see her again as I try to be the best christian I can be.

Our lives are like a three act play. The first act is when we lived in heaven before we came to this earth prepared for us to learn. The second is our life here and now and what we do with it. The third is last act of the play, where we report and gain our great rewards for living a gospel centered life.

What a blessing it is to know and understand the teachings of the gospel. The comfort those teachings bring in times of sorrow and trials.

Hugs,
Jana
