Quilt in a Day Forums

Thank goodness I live where I get to see such beautiful fall colors and enjoy all 4 seasons. Now mind you they are not always enjoyable like when we got over 2 ft of snow and ice; or when we ended up with over 4 inches of rain and flooding; or tornadoes!! Yup I have experienced it all. But GOD is good all the time in all seasons he sheltered me through those storms.

This week has been eventful on the farm already. I have lost 3 babies. almost lost a momma goat. Loss is never good but there is a reason for this as well. There will be more baby goats to come so I really have no worries:)

I hope you get to enjoy different seasons; I know CA is under a terrible summer drought and fire right now and we need to keep them in prayer. Weather is a funny thing either you get too much or not enough.

That is a favorite. I like to liken the scriptures to me and that one reminds me to enjoy each step in my life. That there is a plan for me and I need to be mindful and learn and follow, without complaints.
