SUPPER CLUB - Tuesday, July 26th
Good Morning! Today is Scottie's birthday. He's 3 yrs old today! No longer a baby dog. No longer an excuse to act goofy. He is going to be adult, sedate, refined, and quiet from now on! hahahahahaha!!! NOT!!
I posted a photo of my Texas quilt yesterday if anyone wants to see it. I'm pleased with how it turned out. Now I have an Alaska quilt, a Texas quilt. I should probably see about making a Washington quilt. . .
Autumn is here and is taking a shower now. Since her time is so limited, I'm limiting my time here.
I think supper tonite is going to be homemade pizza. Quick and easy. And hubby-pleasing. Along with a salad.
What about all y'all?

Hello everyone,Hot here again. But we got a little rain last nite.
Maryz Will take a look at quilt.Sure it is a beauty.Pizza always sounds good.
Irish Thinking of you & Jim.Our DGS called this morning. While he was talking he wanted to know if we heard the Eagles. He said 2 lives there in his small town. They named them George & Martha after the Washingtons.Of course I thought of you.
We had an early appt for blood work for DH & errands.I come home pooped & have laundry to do & some hemming. This heat zaps me.
We have Spagetti leftover but if DH doesn't want it I may do breakfast. Will see.
Have a great day to all.Becca

This is Tasha's last night. She wants to go for pizza. This morning she made waffles. we will be dieting on Thursday. She is such a fun young lady. School will be starting soon, so this is the last stay this summer.
Happy birthday Scottie! If you want to see mature, well-behaved, refined dogs... well, don't look at the Hooligans!!! Nothing sedate about them!!!
Mary--know you have enjoyed Autumn's brief visit!!! I love your Texas quilt!!! Oh, besides the cow and barn block, I love the armadillo!!! We were taking a ride yesterday afternoon, and the Hooligans got an armadillo. I won't go into too many details, but it looked much like the aftermath of the red velvet cake in the Steel Magnolias by the time Tinker Bell got tired of carrying it around.
Becca--I looked up the UTV recalls, and they are Polaris. Ours is a Kubota. Thanks for the warning!
We are steamy after the rain yesterday. Not much evaporation at all. Of course, along with the good of the rain... the bad--the guys had cut a bunch of hay the night before, and it's laying on the ground. They didn't consult with me, or I'd have told him that every year it rains during the week of my DD's birthday. I never planned an outdoor party that week that it didn't rain on the day of the party. Great way to break a drought--schedule a party for her!
Enjoy... I'm back to my DGD...

Hi there!
We will be eating, just don't know what. Still very hot, with another bigger tease of a thunderstorm.
Took my fabric down to the drapery place, the designer was out and so I am now waiting for a phone call will a quote. Uggh!
Enjoy!
