Supper Club -Thursday, June 16th

Good morning!
Where did the month of June go? Seems like yesterday that it was the first! Time sure flies!
Tonight my little Ethan will spend the night. Sarah is leaving early in the morning to watch her DH run in a 24 plus hour relay race from Logan to Park City.
Dinner will be my simple broccoli tortellini polksa kiebasa dish. I will make some rolls to go with it.
Since our head chef is not in touch - my DDIL, used to hate the banned food, but has decided that it is good, at least the way that I cook it, so she wants more in the meals that we plan. Aaron is a happy camper, he loves the banned stuff. So later I wil make a trip to Costco to get the PNW treat and grill it for dinner tomorrow.
Our weather is beautiful - not to hot yet today and the wind is gone. Down where Mary and Bill are has cooled off and not so windy either. Hope that made for good riding on all those trails.
Ethan informed his grandpa that the weeds/grass is getting to tall around the window wells and blocking my view, so grandpa neded to get rid of them right now! One of the windows is the one that he uses to get in and out of the basement. It is almost daylighted, so he can climb out, using a chair and the window well is about 18 inches deep. Makes it easy for him to go play and come and go as he pleases.
Enjoy the food at your home today!
