Daily Devotion 6/11

VBS is done ane we did just that teach the lil ones the way of the LORD. Our theme was the Sower from Luke 8:5. All the kids memorized the verse we were so proud of them.

VBS is such a tiring event for the adults but at the end to see the joy in the face of the lil ones was a blessing in itself:) We had 10 kids. My DH found out it has been 20 yrs since the church held a VBS:) so 10 is like 100 to them:) We had a lot of cars slow and look yesterday at the huge bouncy house and cook out at the church to wrap it all up. Maybe next year they will recall seeing that and come to VBS themselves.

Izzy I pray next year you have a church full.But we must remember the Angels in Heaven rejoice over one soul.And we never know what happens with the seeds you plant.Thankful for the 10 you had.I know the feeling of being so tired at the end.

Praise God that you VBS was a great success. By word of mouth, you will no doubt double that number next year. Joy is contagious and little ones will tell all their friends and relatives all about the FUN!
