SUPPER CLUB - Tuesday, May 3rd

HI, there!
Well, the Big Visit is coming to an end this morning. We will be leaving about 10am to take Mary Q to the airport and Ken & Sue will start for home in their trailer. It's a 3-hour run for them. They live about a mile from the Canadian border. It has been nothing but total enjoyment having them all here! We hate to see them go - though we do have one more quilt shop to visit - my favorite - on the way to the airport. There should even be room for Ken to park the trailer!
thanks for the offer of the collection for bail. It's good to know you friends have your back. I'm sure that $1.98 plus Jana's 2 cents would have gotten me out on my own recognisance. Too bad about Mary and Sue, though . . .
IRISH - I think you better check out that Quilt Lessons sign! Maybe you've been signed up to teach some classes and they forgot to notify you!
CHICKIE - I'm still working on skating UPHILL. Isn't that against the law? Like the law of gravity?
BECCA - Debbie Macomber's town is Port Orchard, about 17 miles north of here, but they are very similiar towns and look very much alike. If you watched the show, Cedar Cove, it depicted both towns pretty well.
JANA - Your Perry hearing the cat's meow on TV makes me think of when Scottie hears dogs barking on TV. He comes running from wherever he's at in the house, barking and looking for the interloper dog! So funny! He can usually narrow it down to the TV and stands there, watching and barking at the TV dogs.
Tonite's supper will be leftovers from the Mexican restaurant. and Sue's leftover pork chops and pasta salad because she doesn't want to take them home. It's been such a good visit. The house will seem so empty today!
What's going on your plate tonite?
