Going to church and taking time to sit and hear the word and praise HIM is my comfort zone. Noone needs me at that moment, I dont have to please anyone but Him during that time, and my heart and soul are being healed from all the hurt and sorrow I may have suffered through the week.

Enjoy every moment you have but make sure you give time to the LORD on His day and stop and worship and heal. You need time to be with the Lord; Exodus 20:8 Keep the sabbath day is the 4th commandment. We should follow it:)
