In the arms of an angel is one of my favorite songs. Its funny though how the world has even taken the idea of Angels and changed it from what the bible says. We make them beautiful women and floating lil cherubs, children in our pictures. Biblically though angels when they appeared to anyone were Male in figure. Not once in the bible does it state a female nature to describe an angel.

Just food for thought:)

Thanks - yes, most of the angels - messengers were male, but I guess that the world wanted the change to be a softer nurturing ideal.

I like to think that we were all part of that angelic chour, heralding the birth of our Savior, those many years ago.

I love that they are here and all around. I have been rescued more than once by these strong warriors! I always think of them as protectors, body guards for all of us. Since it is a battle that we fight everyday I for one am glad that HE has charged them to be on our side. Praise Jesus, Praise God Praise Father, Son and Holy Ghost Amen!!!!
