SUPPER CLUB - Monday, April 11th

Good Morning! Tonite is DWTSs night - something to look forward to!
I got all my flower pots washed and filled yesterday. Everything looks so nice. And I planted a packet of shasta daisy seeds. I also got all my yard art items out of the garage and placed around the yard. I LOVE gnomes, animals, or just anything that strikes my fancy. Most of it I find in thrift shops. I'm always on the hunt.
BECCA - I hope you warm up soon! But it wasn't so long ago that you were trying to freeze our Seahawks' tushies off!
CHICKIE - what is the difference between a wren house, a bluebird house, and a regular bird house? I find a lot of bird houses in thrift shops and have them here and there all over the yard. Most are for looks, but some get renters. Oh, and by the way, I'm here to tell everyone that you are not fat! You are tall and very lovely!! I can testify!
JANA - too bad your BIL won't move. Sounds like if his kids are as old as yours and they still 'need' him, it would be best for them if he did move! But it's hard to leave what has always been home. You did it, but I'm sure it wasn't easy. I always admired you for how you embraced your new home.
IRISH - how did the competition go? I just keep thinking of the robotic competition they had on Big Bang Theory one year! And YES! I do remember snowballs! When I was little, they were my favorite. I think I loved them because of the coconut and that they felt so soft. I recall I was really into texture when I was little. My parents laughed at how much I loved them and they were a special surprise they often brought back when they went out to do errands. Mine were the white ones and my always sister got the pink.
CAROL - I freeze almost everything - peppers, onions, celery, parsley, herbs, fresh lemon juice and zest, cooked hamburger, and more. So handy! Where are you going on your vacation?
TINA - where are you?? With your nice weather, you've probably been working in your yard and BBQ'g burgers by evening.
This morning I will take my walk and then I have a massage appointment. My therapist built a mondo greenhouse and I'm taking him all my empty pots and flats left from planting flowers yesterday. Bill needs to have the tires rotated on the pick-up and I need to go to Joann's, so maybe we'll bite the bullet, pay the bridge toll, and go to Tacoma this afternoon.
As for supper, I think pork fried rice will fit the bill since I have leftover pork and leftover rice. I hope your menu falls into place as easily.
