Hello Everyone!
Guess everyone was too busy to come to the table yesterday. We had pizza last night. After a very busy day it seemed like an easy dinner. Tonight we are having leftover Pork Chop Skillet Dinner that we didn't have on Thursday. Thursday my DH worked late so we had Chicken a la King over biscuits. (I ate before my DH got home.)

I just finished watching the block party. I think grocery shopping can wait until Monday. I do have several other errands to run, but have a manicure appointment at 12:45.

What are you up to today?
Carol

Good late afternoon from a very pleasant, super, SW. Pa...It's not real sunny but the temps are nice and it's just great.....

Carol, thanks for getting the table set...I have been busy and even missed coming yesterday....Oh my what a day I had yesterday....My sister picked me up in her new car and we were gone all day...We laughed when we were leaving and Jim said, "Don't hurry back".....We went to a big warehouse they call the Auction and I swear, this place has everything from food to furniture and anything in between...The bet part, nothing is in order except the room with the furniture...We had more fun "finding" things we decided we couldn't live without...Then we went to a super big craft store and then of course lunch...We decided it was still too early to go home so we looked through a new consignment shop that is now housed in what had been a grocery store..We must have walked miles! But, it was so much fun, with promises to do it again, soon.....

Now today, I've been in the kitchen cooking, yep, me cooking....Terry is in the area on business and will be stopping for dinner...So, I decided along with stuffing a chicken and all the extras, I'd make up a couple dinners for him to take back home for he and Nick...He keeps telling me they are eating but you know what kind of dinners they would be having....So, he's going to have swiss steak and gravy, spaghetti with sauce and meatballs and I found some hot sausage in the freezer that I know they will love....I also found little containers with instant mashed potatoes that they can make pretty easy...And along with that, I made pumpkin pies and brownies....
Thank goodness Jim helped by running the vacuum, I was just about to quit! But, it's a good tired feeling....

So, we'll be having an almost Thanksgiving dinner, with chicken, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy green beans with mushroom sauce and cranberry sauce....And what afters doesn't get eaten, will go south for Nick......

Happy eating.............

Mmmmmmmm Becca, chocolate pudding! I love pudding :-)
Carol, I'm like you on busy days, the easier the better :-)
I made chicken fajitas last night, Frankie had his with corn tortillas but mine was all mixed up in a salad with guacamole and salsa, pretty spicy but so yummy! Tonight I made chili rellenos, they were yummy too! Lol
