And before we know it, another week will be history.....
Good morning from a very sunny but cold, SW. Pa...It's only in the 30s but boy is that sun looking good....

This morning I need to get a hustle in the old bustle...Have lots of things in mind to get done but that doesn't usually happen, lol....Jim and I both need haircuts, so that's 1st on the list, after the few uglies are done....I need to run the vacuum early before the fur babies settle down for their naps...(we can't disturb the fur babies)..Jim just went to the PO and I swear if he brings any more bills, he's getting locked out..Yesterday, we got the property taxes, grrrrr
This afternoon we need to make a funeral home visit..One of our neighbors passed away, long, long illness and this is a blessing...

Tina, I watched that video about the eagle being rescued and it was great...Thank you for thinking of me.....

Chickie, Your description of trying to get ready to take a walk is so funny.....Just having those fur babies would make you want to be outside and enjoy....Wonder if the cats would allow me to get a dog.....

Well, I'd better get moving, "times a wastin".....

For our dinner, I'm hoping the car "does it's thing" but if not, we do have left over chicken and biscuits........

Hello everyone.Our sun disappeared early this morn & it really looks snowy.They said from 1 to 9 today will be snow.We will see.Just as long as the ice stays away.

Chickie Your description of your fur babies made me think of my Pebbles.That dog loved to walk.She would come to the Kitchen Window every morn & watch me or start dancing for me to go walk.She really kept me motivated but I love walking just like she did.They are such a joy to have along.I really miss my walking partner.

Irish That car is trained remember.i too hate those bills.DH loves getting the mail.I tell him I like the days we get nothing because it means no bills.

Carol7 Guess by now you are feeling warm temps.

Lady Carol.They have named our storms for years now,We get a kick out of all the names & storms because it used to only be a normal event.

My DH had to remind me at lunch that I need to call About my eye.I was sure trying to forget.Made my lunch not too good.

DH wanted a burger.Will make his gulley beans too.And he has cherry pie too.
For me sautéed chicken breast tenders.And steamed brocolli & carrots. Becca

I am a great time waster! One of the best things I do! LOL

Dinner is the corned beef I got. I am putting it in my crockpot in a little while.

Ethan, my little termite just arrived. I call him that as he is eating me out of house and home! A growth spurt. Glad summer is approaching, as all the long pants he will be too tall for and be cut off, hemmed and made into shorts!

Made a batch of rice krispy treats, that will help with something to munch on.

Becca, my eye Dr called yesterday and moved my eye appointment a week further away, ugh. My Me day was really good in the morning but I was sick all afternoon, bummer, still not feeling very good.
Jana, those growth spurts can sure eat ya out of house and home! LOL
I have almost thawed chicken, going through cookbooks to find out what I'm making with it now and Frankie fixed a big bowl of salad last night, it's almost a plan

Good Evening All.....very cold.....icy wind.....but the sun did shine for a short time......just to let us know its still out there......somewhere......

I am please to report my injured quilt has now made a recovery.....even though it went through a long....long....operation....Sir printed out the label while I was at the Thursday Afternoon Club....so I will be sewing it on later this evening.....then will be ready to pack over the week-end.....

Becca.....our storms have only been given names this winter.....and they have all been behaving just like very naughty children.....

we had a lovely speaker today gave a talk on Faberege(sp) Eggs and other items that he made.....very interesting......

todays menu.....F..h and Chip van today.....no cooking.....Chocolate Profiteroles for afters.......
