We are foggy again this morning, but it will burn off and be a beautiful, outside kind of day. Looks like an afternoon of yard work for me!

TINA - is that Mexican restaurant the same one we went to the first time we breezed through your part of the world? I'm going to Google cathedral windows. I've never done them. I need to learn.

IRISH - what would you be doing on the back porch that requires a ladder? you be careful, young lady!!

JANA - glad your sink is all better now. Gladder still that it couldn't be traced back to something YOU did! ;o)

BECCA - you really seem to be able to cram a lot into one day!

JOANNE - it's front porch season! Hope it doesn't get too hot for you!

CHICKIE - oooh, fried apples with your pork chops sounds pretty tasty! I think we're having chops tonite, too . . .

Today will be a warm, sunny afternoon, I think, so we'll probably grill our pork chops outside. I'll add some potatoes to the grill, probably halved, seasoned, oiled, and slapped cut side down on the grill. And a salad. If it's warm enough, we'll eat out on the deck, too.

Mary, yep that's the restaurant and it was delicious! Ken liked the salsa so much that he bought extra he had the choice of a small cup, same size as the one that they put on the table or he could get a 16 oz cup or he could buy it by the gallon he opted for the 16 oz, said if he had the room in his fridge he would've gotten the gallon
I bought a kit for cathedral windows on eBay but just didn't comprehend the instructions, Carole did and she said it was a really good way to make them so mine are different than hers....mine are all done on the machine except for the window part, they stitch up in fast time that way I put together 16 in about 2 1/2 hours yesterday evening so now the handwork is the windows I'm going to give this to Mom for Mother's Day......hopefully.
For supper tonight I know salad is on the menu, I ate off my diet yesterday so I need a lite supper tonight. We'll see if anything gets added to it.

Good morning from warm, sunny, summerlike, Sw. Pa...Another gorgeous day, here in the east....We have leaped from winter into summer and we're in the 80s, my kind of weather......

Mary, nice to hear you're having good weather but that does mean, outside work....But, just think how nice it will be to have it all done, if that ever happens, lol....Our house is siding and when we do the porches that also means scrubbing down that wall of the house...It's really not hard to do, usually just dusty but I have to have it done....Front is done, porch furniture is in place, now to do the back and it's twice the size....Maybe today!
But, I'm being lazy, should have gone for blood work this morning but didn't feel like getting jabbed...Maybe tomorrow....Seems I'm using that maybe word a lot.....

Joanne, they did it again! I didn't watch the game, watched Survivor instead and was disappointed with that outcome...I want so badly for Rodney to get the boot....Does this weather help your RA or make it worse?

Last nights hot dogs didn't happen.. An already mixed up and frozen meat loaf jumped in the oven along with baked potatoes....So, tonight will be either left over meat loaf sandwiches with gravy and a salad or those elusive hot dogs on the grill.....

Hello everyone,Another hi 80s day.

Got my groceries and errands done.And went by garden center for colossus.sp and more pettiness.

Mary' When spring hits I get very busy.But that is my cup of tea.I don't like Winter And staying cooped in.

Planning on mowing And yard work this afternoon.

Dinner will be green beans ,pork chops, and DH has cherry pie.

Good Evening All.....our weather is all to pot....after a shortish spell of not too bad....the howling wind and the driving rain came back with a vengeance......but today is all serene again.....hope that lasts a bit longer than the last lot......sorry about that....but we are known for our weather conversations over here....

OK....am a little late.....about 2 days worth I think.....Tuesday....my Aber day.....got blown about a bit.....got soaked....came home did the meal...had a shower.....and went to bed.....shattered....Wednesday....we spent most of the day getting Sirs motor bike overhauled and readied for his trip to the Bristol family....they are going up to visit the lovelys up north for a few days....so he took some bits down as we wont be seeing them until August....Willow is making some health improvement...the rash is gradually going....not quite so wiped out from her medication....and the doses are slowly being reduced.....

today was Afternoon Club....we went to an Upmarket garden centre....they laid on a lovely tea for us....and of course....spent lots and lots of pennies on their lovely Quiches....so they are now safely stacked away in the freezer....where they wont stay for very
long.....

todays menu....Eggs Chips and Grilled tomatoes for one.....Fresh Fruit Salad with Cream for two......
