Good Morning!
we have cool, foggy weather this morning. But going into the sunny 70's in a few days. If it clears and warms this afternoon, I might head back out to the yard. there's always trouble to get into out there!
VELDA - I had the same experience. I don't have allergies, but after 3 weeks of coughing I tried some antihistamine's and it worked great, too.
I loved my white chili last night. I added cornbread to it, too. DH was less enthusiastic about the chili. He didn't finish his. I just used canned cannellini beans, cut up cooked chicken, leftover saute'd onions, some water, and a bit of cumin, oregano, coriander, garlic, a few red pepper flakes, salt, and a touch of cloves. For serving I added a dollop of sour cream and some mozzarella cheese. I liked it better than regular chili. Maybe if I leave out the coriander DH will like it better. He doesn't like cilantro, but he's never had a problem with coriander, which comes from the same plant. But maybe now he does.
Anyway, tonite will be spaghetti. DH won't complain about that! Nice, normal, no-secret-ingredients-added spaghetti. And a salad.
