Good Morning!

we have cool, foggy weather this morning. But going into the sunny 70's in a few days. If it clears and warms this afternoon, I might head back out to the yard. there's always trouble to get into out there!

VELDA - I had the same experience. I don't have allergies, but after 3 weeks of coughing I tried some antihistamine's and it worked great, too.

I loved my white chili last night. I added cornbread to it, too. DH was less enthusiastic about the chili. He didn't finish his. I just used canned cannellini beans, cut up cooked chicken, leftover saute'd onions, some water, and a bit of cumin, oregano, coriander, garlic, a few red pepper flakes, salt, and a touch of cloves. For serving I added a dollop of sour cream and some mozzarella cheese. I liked it better than regular chili. Maybe if I leave out the coriander DH will like it better. He doesn't like cilantro, but he's never had a problem with coriander, which comes from the same plant. But maybe now he does.

Anyway, tonite will be spaghetti. DH won't complain about that! Nice, normal, no-secret-ingredients-added spaghetti. And a salad.

What's making your tummy smile tonite?

Good morning,

Did taco soup last night for dinner, so tonight will be the chinese food.

Not much here, just the plumber getting things finished. Then I can do my uglies and sew.

Enjoy,
Jana

Good early afternoon from very sunny, warm, purrfect, SW. Pa....It really is a great time of year.....

Jim is finishing mowing the yard, I have more clothes on the line and decided to take an iced tea break.....Not many uglies to do inside but still scads to do outside...Jim did the front porch and very conveniently left the ladder on the back porch, I think for me...Maybe today, maybe tomorrow....

We had our chicken and fixings last night so maybe left overs tonight or could be just hot dogs on the grill with baked beans...I did bake some ginger cookies so there's a few left for afters.....

Joanne, could you please tell your "bullies" to take it easy on our Pirates tonight? They weren't very neighborly last night, lol....

Happy eating.................

Carole will be here in a little bit and she's going to teach me how to do cathedral windows :-) I saw hers last night and they are beautiful!!! We're all going out to eat at Si Senor tonight, Mexican food at our favorite restaurant :-)
Mary, we're already 70 with real feel of 75, it's gonna be hot today, ugh.

Not sure if I'm cooking tonight...if I am, it will be those pork chops and dressing..if not, Mama's! We had pizza delivery last night.

Oh, Irish! What has happened to your Pirates??? Our poor Reds have not been winning much lately, I think we got lucky last night! lol!

Tonight is Survivor...but there's a baseball game that we will probably watch and just record it.

The season has definately changed...we sat on the front porch and watched the garbage man this morning! lol!!

Going to 87 deg. today....MUCH too hot for this time of year!

Joanne

The refrigerator is empty of leftovers, so tonight I have to cook. I am thawing pork chops and will do a potato, fried apples and a salad...
