SUPPER CLUB - Mon, Feb 23rd

Welcome to your fresh new week! A clean slate - to sew and cook anything you want! I'm celebrating by vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing today. Sigh. But I do hope to finally get to Jana's Lemon Ricotta cookies this afternoon. I still haven't made them.

Tonite - it will be homemade pizza. DH loves it and it's so quick and easy that it doesn't intrude on my day too much to make it.

I have pork loin in the crock pot with BBQ spices on it. I'm thinking pulled pork. Have some red beans and rice from last night that will be on the side with a salad. There's cake left for dessert.

Pizza always sounds delicious to me!

It's so cold and windy here today so I'm making Chile soup! That should make Frankie happy when he comes home, he loves soup:-)

Good Morning everyone.It is a brand new week & hope it is better than last weather wise.

I have been working on my blocks so it will be hot dogs for DH & fries.For me grilled chicken tenders & salad & fruit.DH has apple pie.With ice cream & gains no weight.Eats candy too all the time.Oh well have a great day. Becca

Good afternoon from a very sunny, bright, but very cold, SW. Pa....I was really fooled this morning...I thought, the weatherman must be wrong, it has to be warm outside....Well, started washing windows and found out as soon as I opened the 1st one, it's darn cold out there......

Mary, was worried about you yesterday, sure hope you had something to eat.....Getting many laughs from the book, just got back from the "big trip"....Boy, you really are going to have a clean slate at your house, here it's just some clean windows and sheets....

Becca your hubby sounds like Jim...He can eat anything plus he drinks Ensure 3 times a day and not an ounce....Me, there's left over banana muffins in the kitchen and I can feel the hips expanding....But, I wouldn't want it any other way...My sister's DH weighs over 300 pounds and is diabetic....

Chickie, your dinner sounds pretty darn good....We both loved pulled pork but I very seldom buy pork...I need to get with it!

As Mary said, new week, new food....I'm thinking along the lines of Tina but not soup.....I have a nice fresh loaf of Italian bread, stuff for a salad and all the fixings for chili....Sounding better and better....

Good afternoon,

Don't have any idea for dinner - all my mircowaveable meals are done. I have Ethan and my car is gone with DH and Sarah. I stayed home for the granite people, who have not showed up yet - uggh! We won't starve!

Beautiful weather outside, only one problem - it is cold! Just like Irish's.
