Happy Monday, y'all!

Today's our day! We'll be on the road soon. DH seems anxious to get going, yet we now have an extra day to travel so I'm not sure what his rush is about, but he's always on edge the first morning and I've learned to keep quiet and not ask too many questions.

I'll be checking in when I can. But for tonite, I'll be making homemade pizza in our trailer. I've got all the fixings and I made the dough yesterday and put it in the RV fridge. I've never done that before so I'm curious to see how it goes.

I've got a rump roast thawing...so it might be dinner...! lol!
Our Dinner with the Pringles is on Tues. this week...going to Mama's Grill IF the heat at the restaurant is up and running. As of Saturday night they didn't have heat! Ugh!

Pizza sounds good. I took out a package of ground venison, so it might be chili here. The day is gloomy and windy, so something spicy is in order.

Joanne--I agree with "IF the heat is on!" I don't like cold restaurants at all. Good luck! Roast sounds good!

JOANNE I do not like cold resturants either.Grocery stores freeze you & I was told resturants want it cold so you will eat more.

Not up to par today so soup for me & DH gets a burger & fries...Becca

It is 2 in the afternoon and I still have no idea for dinner - chicken something - I do need to do some grocery shopping, so may change up the menu.

We are grilling tonight. I bought some Polish Sausage. I will let DH do the grilling while I make potato, vegi, salad, and the rest.
