Good Morning!

Ah, yes, I do indeed know about Frogeye salad and I love it! DH's sister makes it for family events. Maybe I'll make some for TG at Autumn's! Great idea, ladies!

I have tonite's supper all planned. I still have a bit of turkey, some leftover mashed potatoes and gravy, and I'll make some new veggies. Turkey pot pie! and a green salad.

hope your plan comes together as easily!

I'm early today! The sun is shining brightly, but the temp. is only 50...

No one has said how to make the Frog Eye Salad yet....????

Last night I abandoned the chicken breast and we went to Mama's. Earl said he would settle for a peanut butter sandwich, so I didn't want to "waste" my cooking talents on him! lol! We had sandwiches at Mama's instead.

Tonight it will be the chicken breast...and some mac and cheese...and probably a salad. The final World Series game is on tonight...AND Survivor (which will get taped). It should be a really good game!

Joanne, I'll post the recipe :-) I totally forgot you asked yesterday, sorry. I know the acini de pepe pasta, cool whip, crushed and tidbit pinepples, mandarin oranges and vanilla instant pudding not sure what else. I have Easton asleep on me so will get it at lunch time :-)
Mary, nummy sounding supper at your house!
I'm making pork cube steak, they get coated in pulverized pecans and baked :-) also a salad and maybe sweet potato fries.

Here's a couple links to make it, I've made it using the pudding and without using pudding and making the pudding stuff with the pineapple juice, egg, flour and sugar etc. Either way is good. When I use the instant pudding I don't drain my crushed pineapple and then see how much juice I need from the tidbits.

That lovely coral PNW treat with rice tonight. I think I will do a green rice with spinach chopped in it--sneaky veggies for DH and iron-rich spinach for me. I will take some to Mom tomorrow.

I'm at the rental on a quick break. Sigh!

Great game last night!
